Terms and Conditions for Vehicle Maintenance

Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C

1. Vehicle Handover & Responsibility for Personal Items
  • The customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle before handing it over to the garage.
  • The garage shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle after it has been handed over.
2. Fault Diagnosis & Additional Repairs
  • Faults are diagnosed based on technical inspection and available equipment at the garage.
  • Should additional faults appear during maintenance, the garage will notify the customer and obtain their consent before carrying out any further work or incurring additional costs.
3. Spare Parts & Pricing
  • All prices and spare parts—whether original, new, commercial, or used—are clearly communicated to the customer, and their prior written or documented verbal consent is obtained before work begins.
  • No maintenance or parts installation will be performed without the customer's cost approval.
  • The garage sources parts from certified suppliers and is not responsible for defects or failures resulting from parts supplied by the customer.
  • Commercial or used parts are not covered by any warranty and are installed at the customer's request and responsibility.
  • Any warranty on new parts is limited to the supplier’s terms and does not extend to the garage.
4. Workmanship Warranty
  • The warranty is limited to the quality of the technical work performed as per the prior agreement.
  • The warranty is void in cases of misuse, neglect, accidents, or delayed vehicle collection.
  • The garage does not offer a warranty on used parts, emergency repairs, or free services.
5. Pricing & Payment
  • All prices are in UAE Dirhams, as indicated on the final invoice.
  • The customer must pay the full amount upon vehicle collection. The vehicle will not be released before the invoice is fully settled.
6. Delayed Vehicle Collection
  • The customer is responsible for collecting their vehicle within one (1) day of being notified that maintenance is complete.
  • The garage is entitled to charge a daily storage fee for any delay after this period.
  • Any warranty granted on work or parts becomes void if the customer delays collecting the vehicle beyond the specified day.
  • For unregistered vehicles (without number plates), the garage is not responsible for the vehicle after one day from the notification date. The vehicle will be stored outside the workshop and remains the customer's full responsibility.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • The garage's liability is limited to the value of the paid service fees only, for the specific service in dispute.
  • The garage shall not be liable for the vehicle's value, parts costs, or any indirect or consequential damages.
8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
  • The courts of the Emirate of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms.

Car Painting Warranty Certificate

1. Warranty Duration
  • The warranty is valid for five (5) years from the vehicle's delivery date.
  • It is only effective if explicitly stated on the original invoice issued by the company.
2. Scope of Warranty
  • This warranty exclusively covers defects in the paint finish resulting from faulty materials or execution by the company.
3. Warranty Exclusions
  • The warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by:
  • Accidents or collisions.
  • Misuse, neglect, or failure to perform necessary maintenance.
  • Exposure to harsh chemicals or extreme environmental conditions (acid rain, prolonged direct sunlight, sandstorms).
  • Friction, surface scratches, or unauthorized modifications or repairs.
4. Voiding the Warranty
  • The warranty is automatically void if:
  • The vehicle is sold or its ownership is transferred.
  • Any part of the car is repainted outside Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C.
  • The original invoice is not presented when making a claim.
  • The warranty is non-transferable.
5. Limitation of Liability
  • The company's obligation is limited to repairing or repainting the damaged part only, with no obligation for financial compensation or liability for incidental or consequential damages.
6. Final Decision
  • The acceptance of any warranty claim and the method of repair or execution are subject to the final and binding decision of Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C.
7. Acceptance of Terms
  • Upon completing the painting service, settling the invoice, and receiving the original invoice, the customer unconditionally accepts all the terms and conditions outlined above.

الشروط والأحكام لصيانة المركبات

Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C – كراج الصياد السريع

أولاً – تسليم المركبة ومسؤولية المتعلقات
  • يلتزم العميل بإزالة جميع المقتنيات الشخصية من المركبة قبل تسليمها للكراج.
  • لا يتحمل الكراج أي مسؤولية عن فقدان أو تلف أي مقتنيات شخصية تترك داخل المركبة بعد تسليمها.
ثانياً – تشخيص الأعطال والإصلاحات الإضافية
  • يتم تشخيص الأعطال وفقاً للفحص الفني والأجهزة المتاحة لدى الكراج.
  • في حال ظهور أعطال إضافية أثناء أعمال الصيانة، يلتزم الكراج بإشعار العميل وأخذ موافقته قبل تنفيذ أي أعمال إضافية أو تحميله أي تكاليف أخرى.
ثالثاً – قطع الغيار والأسعار
  • جميع الأسعار وقطع الغيار – سواء كانت أصلية، جديدة، تجارية أو مستعملة – يتم توضيحها للعميل والحصول على موافقته الخطية أو الشفوية الموثقة قبل البدء بأعمال الصيانة.
  • لا يتم تركيب أي قطع غيار أو تنفيذ أي أعمال إلا بعد اعتماد العميل للتكلفة.
  • يوفّر الكراج قطع الغيار من موردين معتمدين، ولا يكون مسؤولاً عن أي عيب أو خلل ناشئ عن قطع غيار قام العميل بتوريدها بنفسه.
  • القطع التجارية أو المستعملة لا يشملها أي ضمان، ويتم تركيبها بناءً على طلب العميل وتحت مسؤوليته.
  • الضمان على القطع الجديدة (إن وجد) يقتصر على شروط وضمان المورد فقط، ولا يمتد بأي حال ليشمل الكراج.
رابعاً – الضمان على الأعمال
  • يقتصر الضمان على جودة العمل الفني المنجز من قبل الكراج، وفقاً للاتفاق المسبق.
  • يسقط الضمان في الحالات التالية: سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال من قبل العميل، تعرض المركبة لحادث أو ظروف قاهرة بعد الاستلام، أو تأخر العميل عن استلام المركبة في المدة المحددة.
  • لا يقدم الكراج أي ضمان على القطع المستعملة أو الإصلاحات الطارئة أو الخدمات المجانية.
خامساً – الأسعار والدفع
  • جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي كما هو مبين في الفاتورة النهائية.
  • يلتزم العميل بسداد كامل قيمة الفاتورة فور استلام المركبة، ولا يجوز تسليمها قبل السداد الكامل.
سادساً – التأخير في استلام المركبة
  • يعتبر العميل مسؤولاً عن استلام مركبته خلال (يوم واحد) من تاريخ إخطاره بانتهاء أعمال الصيانة.
  • يحق للكراج بعد انقضاء هذه المدة احتساب رسوم تخزين يومية عن كل يوم تأخير.
  • يسقط أي ضمان ممنوح على الأعمال أو القطع إذا تأخر العميل عن استلام المركبة بعد انقضاء اليوم المحدد أعلاه.
  • بالنسبة للمركبات غير المرقمة (بدون لوحات): بعد مرور يوم واحد من تاريخ إخطار العميل بانتهاء الصيانة، فإن الكراج غير مسؤول عن المركبة، وتُحفظ خارج الورشة وتبقى تحت مسؤولية العميل الكاملة.
سابعاً – حدود المسؤولية
  • تقتصر مسؤولية الكراج – في جميع الأحوال – على قيمة أجور الصيانة المدفوعة عن الخدمة محل النزاع فقط.
  • لا تمتد مسؤولية الكراج بأي حال لتعويض العميل عن قيمة المركبة، أو قيمة قطع الغيار، أو أي خسائر أو أضرار غير مباشرة.
ثامناً – القانون المطبق والاختصاص القضائي
  • تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتفسر وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
  • تختص محاكم إمارة الشارقة دون غيرها بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عن تفسير أو تنفيذ هذه الشروط.

شهادة ضمان صبغ السيارات

1. مدة الضمان
  • يسري الضمان لمدة خمس (5) سنوات اعتبارًا من تاريخ تسليم السيارة.
  • يُعد ساري المفعول فقط في حال ذكره صراحةً في الفاتورة الأصلية الصادرة عن الشركة.
2. نطاق الضمان
  • يغطي الضمان حصريًا العيوب الناتجة عن عملية الصبغ أو المواد المستخدمة من قبل الشركة.
3. استثناءات الضمان
  • لا يشمل الضمان أي أضرار أو عيوب ناشئة عن:
  • الحوادث أو التصادمات.
  • سوء الاستخدام أو الإهمال.
  • التعرض لمواد كيميائية ضارة أو ظروف بيئية قاسية.
  • الاحتكاك، الخدوش السطحية، أو التعديلات والإصلاحات غير المصرح بها.
4. حالات سقوط الضمان
  • يسقط الضمان تلقائيًا في حال:
  • بيع السيارة أو نقل ملكيتها.
  • إعادة صبغ أي جزء من السيارة خارج Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C.
  • عدم تقديم الفاتورة الأصلية عند المطالبة به.
  • الضمان غير قابل للتحويل أو التنازل.
5. حدود المسؤولية
  • يقتصر التزام الشركة على إصلاح أو إعادة صبغ الجزء المتضرر فقط، دون أن يترتب على ذلك أي التزام بتعويضات مالية أو مسؤولية عن أضرار جانبية أو تبعية.
6. القرار والاعتماد
  • يخضع قبول المطالبة بالضمان وآلية التنفيذ أو الإصلاح للتقدير والقرار النهائي لـ Fast Hunter Auto Main L.L.C، ويُعتبر قرارها نهائيًا وملزمًا.
7. الموافقة على الشروط
  • بمجرد إتمام عملية الصبغ، وسداد المبلغ المستحق، واستلام الفاتورة الأصلية، يُعد العميل موافقًا موافقة نهائية وغير مشروطة على جميع الشروط والأحكام المبينة أعلاه.
